These policies cover the wider FPB website, including publications, business information and enquiry routes.
The sourcing instruction uses an agreed upfront fee and a 90-day search for one qualifying opportunity, with a full unsuccessful-search refund as set out in the applicable terms. The contract is concluded when FPB sends its written Acceptance Confirmation identifying the client, instruction and contract conclusion date, after client acceptance, payment and required onboarding checks. The search commencement date is confirmed separately and may be later. If FPB cannot accept an instruction after payment, the payment is returned in full.
These services require their own agreed scope, deliverables, fee, timescale and applicable cancellation terms. The sourcing search period and qualifying-opportunity refund promise do not apply automatically.
These are the current generic service documents. A client-specific Schedule, Acceptance Confirmation and signed or issued documents are supplied privately through the client’s restricted folder. Live payment collection remains disabled.
