Why FPB exists.
When I began developing The Femi Property Business, I did not want to create another business whose only measure of success was the number of properties bought, sold or introduced.
I wanted to build something around relationships: a business where an investor can expect us to investigate rather than simply promote; where a property owner is treated as a person rather than a source of margin; and where saying “this opportunity does not work” can be considered just as valuable as finding one that does.
We are at the beginning of that journey. We will not manufacture history, exaggerate experience or claim a track record that the business has not yet earned.
