Opportunity Intelligence™

Investigate before you commit.

You may already have found the property. FPB's role can be to investigate the opportunity before you decide what to do next.

Investigate a Property →

The objective is not to prove that the property works.

The objective is to discover whether it does. Depending on the agreed scope and available evidence, FPB may examine the property, comparable evidence, proposed strategy, planning or licensing indicators, income assumptions, indicative financial scenarios, risks, alternatives and material unknowns.

Sometimes our most valuable conclusion is not to proceed.

Evidence-Led Client Decision Process

Clear choices before commitment.

FPB does not simply present a property and ask a client to accept one set of assumptions. Where the evidence allows, we show the commercial conditions under which an opportunity may work, become marginal or cease to be attractive.

1
Understand the objectiveWe start with the client's strategy, criteria, known constraints and required outcome.
2
Research and verifyWe test the material facts, evidence, risks and unknowns proportionately.
3
Test realistic scenariosWhere appropriate, we compare different cost, rent, value, exit or return assumptions rather than rely on one fixed case.
4
Show the decision boundariesWe explain the circumstances in which the opportunity may work, become marginal or fail the client's stated objective.
5
The client decidesThe client considers the evidence alongside their own funding, delivery capability, cost base, experience and required return.
6
Progress with controlled disclosureFurther due diligence, negotiation or deal-enabling disclosure follows only where the opportunity and the agreed commercial protections justify it.
Our principle: transparency about the decision, control over the disclosure. FPB may withhold the exact address, seller or agent identity, source details, title information or other deal-enabling information until the appropriate commercial, compliance and disclosure protections are in place. FPB does not make investment decisions on a client's behalf or provide regulated financial advice. Specialist professional advice may be required.

No payment on enquiry

Submitting the form starts a conversation only. It does not commission Opportunity Intelligence™ or create a payment obligation.

Scope before payment

FPB confirms the property, questions, deliverables, limitations, fee and timescale before any paid work is accepted.

Evidence, not certainty

The purpose is to identify what the available evidence supports, what remains uncertain and what may require a solicitor, surveyor, valuer, tax adviser or regulated financial adviser.

See FPB professional standards and our property due-diligence checklist.

Tell us enough to understand the property and the decision you are facing. Only fields marked * are required. If you do not yet know a price, deadline or exact question, leave it blank. Submitting an enquiry does not commission the service or create a payment obligation.
